Fuzzy feet

Last night, Julius was eating dinner at the kitchen table, and was kneeling down in the chair, sitting on his feet. He started saying "My foot feels fuzzy," giggling. We looked, and he had impressions on his feet, so it was obvious that his foot had fallen asleep. He stood up carefully, still giggling while the pins and needles passed, saying "fuzzy!"

It would be a stretch to call this pumpkin "great," but we're still being patient. Maybe Thanksgiving.

We toured one of the dozens of art studios that participated in the city-wide Open Studios event.

They even let us race it!

We were surprised to discover this display amid the art studios ... an enormous, fully functional, slot car racetrack.

Breakfast with Julius

We took a long sequence of three-minute videos of Julius having breakfast this morning. I'm not promising that this makes for the most riveting viewing, since we have no video editing technology. It's one for the time capsule I guess.
