Julius's first Giants game: Batting practice in the little kids stadium; Riding the Coke bottle slide; Eating fish & chips & dungeness crab sourdough sandwiches behind the center field jumbotron; Checking out the boats waiting for home run balls in McCovey Cove; Cotton candy the size of your head. Giants lose to the Mets, 7-6, but we feel like winners anyway.

In the top left, we have big kid swings, then baby swings.  On the right, the chipmunks.  The play structure, mostly monkey bars, spans the center of the page.

 

This is inspired by the movie "Iron Giant."  It includes a couple of renditions of the large robot, a boat (with pilot), lightning (which is also the ocean), and the young boy.  It is also titled and signed by the artist.  Bonus points if you can find the letters from the title and signature hidden amongst the figures.

We played tourists in our hometown today, enjoying the sunny weather.  "Mothers ride free?" we asked, and our cable car ticket collector thought that was a nice idea.
